The F36-FS, the Gangable French Safety Socket, pairs two functions in one 45 x 45mm module: a tamperproof child-safety insert and a 45-degree gangable body for linking multiple sockets side by side. Both the tamperproof insert and the gangable fixing accessories ship separately from the socket body itself, and the module is wired via screw terminals rated at 16A / 250V~. It is best specified where a bank of protected sockets is needed on one faceplate.

The combination of tamperproof shutter and 45-degree gangable body targets settings that need both child protection and multiple sockets on one run, such as school corridors, hotel corridors, and communal areas where several French outlets are grouped together.
